Finally! “Harry Potter” fans in the United States will get some information about the wizarding world in the U.S. when J.K. Rowling releases a series of stories called “Magic in North America.”

As part of the marketing for “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them,” which takes place in 1920s New York, Pottermore has been offering up information recently about the wizarding world outside of Great Britain.

In addition to the ones known from the book series — Hogwarts in the U.K., Beauxbatons in France and Durmstrang in Scandanavia — Pottermore has also revealed Castelobruxo in Brazil, Koldovstoretz in Russia, Mahoutokoro in Japan, Uagadou in Uganda and Ilvermorny in North America.

Now beginning Tuesday (March 8), Pottermore will be offering up more details about Ilvermorny. The trailer promises that “the history of America is more amazing than you could ever imagine.”

“The wizarding world you thought you knew is much larger than you imagined,” says the trailer voice over. “History has many secrets. The official story is never the whole story. Look beyond the surface and you will find another world running parallel to our own. A secret world where magic is real. Ilvermorny, skin-walkers, the witch trials and the Magical Congress of the United States of America. These aren’t myths, for the history of America is more amazing than you could ever imagine. Everything you think you know is about to change.”

The first story apparates Tuesday at 9 a.m. ET/6 a.m. PT on Pottermore. A new installment will be released each day this week at the same time until Friday, March 11.
