Unlike Willie Aames, Candy Spelling isn’t just having a garage sale, she’s selling her garage, along with the rest of her mansion.

The widow of producer Aaron Spelling, 63, is placing “The Manor” on the market for $150 million, reports the AP.

Any takers?

In such hard economic times, it’s not going to be easy to reconcile, much less afford, such a luxury. But maybe a group of friends can get together and purchase the property. There’s certainly enough room.

The 56,500 square-foot, French chateau-style mansion sits upon 4.6 acres of land in the exclusive Holmsby Hills neighborhood. The realtor couldn’t put an exact count on the number of rooms — yes, that many — but some estimate it to be around 100.

If you and your friends are lucky enough to go in on the three-story abode, you won’t ever have to leave because there’s plenty of entertainment options and activities. Try the wine cellar, wine-tasting room or library for more refined tastes, or maybe opt for the mansion’s bowling alley, gym or media room for those who want a little more stimulation. You can watch “Beverly Hills, 90210” reruns to your heart’s content on a huge projection screen that rises out from the floor.

Get gussied up in the barber shop or beauty salon that’s housed in the 17,000 square-foot attic, so you can look all snazzy for the help, who have their own wing designated in the house.

Want more? There are seven bedrooms, four wet bars (north, south, east and west?), five fireplaces, a silver storage room and even a room designated solely for wrapping gifts. You know, cuz wrapping gifts on your living room floor is just gauche.

The extravagance extends outdoors too. Besides the expected rose garden, pool, fountains and tennis court, there’s also a spa, reflection pool, citrus orchard, motor court (for 100 cars), pool house and waterfall.

Candy Spelling will move into a two-story condo that’s not nearly as interesting to describe.

How about those rich folk, eh? What would you do with such a place if you could afford it?
