If you follow Taylor Swift on Twitter, you know that she’s always happy to keep in touch with her fans via the Web.
On Sunday (April 18) night’s Academy of Country Music awards show, Swift takes it one step further by inviting the University of California San Diego’s choir the Tritones on stage with her after discovering them online.
The Tritones performed a version of Swift’s “You Belong With Me” in their Annual Fall Show and posted their video on YouTube. Swift liked their rendition so much she asked them to join her when she performs at the ACM’s in Vegas, though Country Music Weekly says that the song they’ll be participating on will not be “You Belong With Me.”
Other performers at the awards ceremony include Lady Antebellum, country legends Brooks & Dunn, and Carrie Underwood. Swift is nominated for Entertainer of the Year, Top Female Vocalist of the Year, Song of the Year, and Video of the Year.
