teen mom amber mtv Amber Portwood won't have to quit 'Teen Mom'“Teen Mom” star Amber Portwood won’t have to move into a halfway house and quit filming the hit MTV reality show as Indiana drug courts previously ordered, reports E! News.

Portwood, who has been jailed on a probation violation since December and struck a plea deal that would have her going to rehab instead of jail, was previously ordered to move into a halfway house for up to two years, meaning she’d have to quit “Teen Mom.”
But now the courts are saying that as long as she passes a drug test, she can move in with her grandparents full-time instead.

“Amber is so happy and relieved that she won’t have to live at the halfway house,” her mother, Tonya Portwood, tells E! News. “And now she will get to spend more time with her daughter, which is what this was all about anyway.”
Portwood will still have to go to rehab at the halfway house, but it will not have an impact on her ability to film the MTV reality hit. A judge previously ordered that she quit the show and get a full-time job in the real world.
