“American Horror Story: Coven” has started the annual onslaught of promos, each lasting less than 30 seconds but managing to cram in a whole lotta creepy in the amount of time they play.

First we had “Detention,” now above there’s “Staircase,” which comes with the caption, “Misbehave and incur our kind of suspension,” lending credence to our thought that the “Coven” is about a school for witches of some sort.

Below, there’s “Pins and Needles,” which is captioned, “Because “pinning” on the internet is all the rage …

”  Heh. Also, we think that’s definitely a nod to Angela Bassett’s character of Marie Laveau.

Look for many more of these to come in the next couple months and get ready for “American Horror Story: Coven,” which returns to FX in October.
