If you thought Aubrey Cleland should have made the Top 10 of “American Idol” Season 12, then you are obviously not alone. During the second live performance show of the season on Wednesday (March 20), Ryan Seacrest announced that Aubrey had been chosen to tour with the Top 10 after Season 12.

Hailing from West Linn, Oregon, Aubrey made it to the semi-finals in Las Vegas. The 19 year old performed Fergie’s “Big Girls Don’t Cry,” but she did not make the final cut to advance to the live shows. However, it soon came out that Aubrey — along with Charlie Askew — had gotten almost enough votes to make the Top 10.

On last week’s results show, both Aubrey and Charlie got to come back and have a sing-off to determine which of them would be the AT&T “Idol” Tour fan save. Charlie got a lot of praise for performing his original song, “Sky Blue Diamond,” but it was Aubrey that won the vote with Irene Cara’s “Out Here on My Own.”

While Aubrey is not eligible to compete for the “American Idol” Season 12 title, she will join the 10 finalists for the “Idol” tour following the season.
