For her second song on “American Idol” this week, Hollie Cavanagh chose “The Climb” by Miley Cyrus, which is not our favorite song in the whole wide world. But after hearing Hollie slay it, we have to admit – it was a great choice for her and may have gotten her back in the game.

The judges were equally as impressed. Randy yells, “Now that’s the Hollie Cavanagh that we love. That’s the one!” and J.Lo adds, “That was stepping it up … it was perfect. It was perfect for you. The emotion, the notes, the whole thing was great,” while Steven tylers, “You sing a song like it’s going out of style.”

What did you think, “American Idol” fans? Did Hollie save herself from elimination this week with that number?
