american idol top 10 320 'American Idol' tour kicks off in JulyRegardless of what happens between now and the May 26 finale, the six remaining “American Idol” contestants know what they’ll be doing for most of the summer.

The show has announced tour dates for the 2010 “American Idols LIVE!” tour. The tour, which as usual will feature the top 10 contestants from this season, will begin at the Palace of Auburn Hills, Mich., on July 1 and make its way to 49 cities before wrapping up in Pittsburgh on Sept. 14.

Tickets for two of the shows — in Omaha, Neb., on Aug. 26 and Toledo, Ohio, on Sept. 2 — go on sale May 14. The rest go on sale May 15. More information is at
