“America’s Next Top Model” is going through another judge shakeup. Vogue editor-at-large Andr� Leon Talley will leave the show after this cycle and be replaced by Kelly Cutrone (“The Hills,” “Kell on Earth”), who runs the fashion publicity/marketing firm People’s Revolution. “I had a great ride and will always consider my experience with ‘Top Model’ one of the best moments of my life,” Talley says. – “FlashForward” star and “Lost” star-crossed lover Sonya Walger will head to USA for her next series project. She’s joined the cable channel’s “Common Law,” about two cops (Michael Ealy and Warren Kole) whose constant conflict lands them in couples therapy — with Walger as their therapist. [EW]

– Starz has given a second-season order to its drama “Boss” — even though the first season has yet to premiere. The series, starring Kelsey Grammer as the mayor of Chicago, bows Oct. 21; Season 2 will go into production early next year. [Starz]

– In other pickup news, Lifetime has given a second season to “Dance Moms.” The docu-series has shown ratings growth over the course of its first season (which concludes Oct. 5) and is also the channel’s youngest-skewing original series. [Lifetime]

– Comedian Dane Cook has signed a development deal with NBC to star in and produce a comedy project aimed at the 2012-13 season. [Deadline]

– The Peacock has also given a pilot order — contingent on casting — to a comedy called “Save Me” from writer John Scott Shepherd (“Life or Something Like It”). The show centers on a woman who believes she may be channeling God. [Deadline]

– The CW has bought a pitch from writer Jonathan Abrams for a show called “Legal Aid,” about a new associate at a law firm who gets an unexpected new colleague — her dad, a former TV star. [Deadline]
