Though the trailer for “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice’ leaked early online, prompting Warner Bros. to officially release it, fans who turned up to the trailer’s IMAX debut at a special event Monday (April 20) were still given a very special treat.
Thought the trailer that played was largely the same one released online, it included an extra scene that won’t appear in any other promotion for the movie. In it, Superman and Batman — in his heavy armor seen earlier in the trailer — run at each other full-force, with the camera cutting out as they collide.
It’s no more than a few extra seconds but conveys a very important message: the two superheroes really are going to war and it’s going to be a brutal fight. Those in attendance also received a special poster and will be able to return to the theater they saw the trailer in a week before the movie releases for a special screening.
“Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” hits theaters March 25, 2016.

TV words to live by: "I'm a firm believer that sometimes it's right to do the wrong thing."
