betty white gi Betty White, Mary Tyler Moore, etc.: Who is the 'Golden Girl of Entertainment?' [POLL] Betty White turns 90 on Tuesday (Jan. 17). As impressive as that is, it’s even more remarkable the renaissance that White’s achieved in recent years with an Emmy win, a hit comedy, a new TV series and a recently-published book. But is she the most impressive of the “Golden Girls of Entertainment?”

Consider the competition:

Carol Burnett – At 78, Burnett hasn’t slowed down much. In
2010, she guest starred on the hit show “Glee” as Sue Sylvester’s
mother Doris. And the year before that Burnett earned an Emmy nomination
for her work on “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.” She even made a
return for one of the last episodes of “All My Children.”

Cloris Leachman – The 85-year-old shot back into pop culture after her run on “Dancing with the Stars” and is now a series regular on the hit comedy “Raising Hope.”

Mary Tyler Moore – White’s former cast mate is still busy at 75. She guest starred on “Hot in Cleveland” in 2011 and gave White a ribbing at her 90th birthday special. She’ll also soon receive the Screen Actors Guild Life Achievement Award.

Barbara Walters
– It’s impossible to overlook the 82-year-old Walters. She’s a regular on “The View,” a show she also produces. Plus Walters contributes to ABC’s news magazine “20/20” and has periodic TV specials including her famed “Most Fascinating People.”

So this begs the question, who is the “Golden Girl of Entertainment?”
