annie big brother close up 'Big Brother 12': First Power of Veto ceremony was it used?“Big Brother 12” is off to a roaring start — we are really digging this year’s cast. The first Power of Veto ceremony has already happened on the live feeds, so don’t keep reading if you don’t want to be spoiled.

To get you up to speed — Brendon and Rachel were nominated by HOH Hayden. Brendon appeared to be the target by the alliance of Hayden, Matt and Enzo. But Brendon put a wrench in those plans by winning Power of Veto. What made that a bit interesting is that apparently Brendon and Rachel are getting hot ‘n heavy in the first showmance of the season.

But Brendon predictably used the POV on himself (and why wouldn’t he?), so Hayden had to nominated someone else. Annie was put up in Brendon’s place and she is absolutely the target. Annie sensed that something weird was going on because no one in the house would talk to her about the plan once Brendon took himself off.

Once she was nominated, Annie went a bit bonkers — screaming and throwing pillows and starting to pack her bags. It wouldn’t surprise us a bit if she was the first “BB” house guest evicted, which is a bummer because she is our favorite female contestant and we predicted she would go far.

What do you think, hamster fans? Does Annie have a prayer of saving herself?
