So, Elissa was named MVP and put David on the block, alongside Candice and Jessie, who are HOH McCrae’s nominees. The five of them plus Howard played for POV and McCrae won, which puts him in a bit of a pickle.
McCrae doesn’t want Elissa gone — he sees the virtue of getting a strong guy like David out of the house now and keeping Elissa around because she’s kind of unstable and creates animosity and chaos in the house.
However, the house majority wants her gone and McCrae will make a lot of people mad if he doesn’t use the POV to put her up.
Now he and Judd are trying to figure out a way to put Elissa up, but keep her in the house and get David out, which is going to prove rather tricky, especially since they have to be so low-key about it.
Let’s count the votes — first off, if McCrae, Nick and Judd want Elissa to stay, they need to take Candice off. Jessie will never vote David out over Elissa, she is way too catty.
So, assuming Candice comes off, that leaves Judd, Nick, Helen and Candice (as part of the deal to take her off) voting David out. Aaryn, Kaitlin and Jeremy will for sure be voting Elissa out.
That leaves Amanda, GinaMarie, Andy, Spencer and Howard. Now, Howard and Spencer seem much more likely to stick with Nick and McCrae over the youngsters. Andy could probably also be persuaded to vote out David if he thinks that’s what the majority of the people are doing. He’s much more of a follower than we thought he would be.
Amanda and GinaMarie are wild cards. McCrae and Amanda have really hit it off, but she doesn’t like Elissa. It’s hard to say if GM likes Elissa — she’ll probably do whatever the majority is doing.
However, Team Elissa only needs seven votes, so if Judd, Nick, Helen and Candice can persuade Andy, Spencer and Howard to vote out David, it doesn’t matter what GinaMarie and Amanda do.
This is a very interesting first week in the “Big Brother” house, that’s for darn sure.
Meanwhile, Kaitlin and Jeremy’s showmance seems to be in full bloom, as they were making out on the feeds last night in bed — and doing god knows what else under the covers.
Oh, Kaitlin. We had such high hopes for you and now it turns out you’re kind of a jerk who is cuddling up with the second-dumbest guy in the house.
“Big Brother” airs its next TV episode Sunday, June 30 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on CBS.
