Former President Bill Clinton swings by to chat with Ellen DeGeneres on Thursday’s (May 3) episode of the comedian’s talk show, revealing the everyday task he misses doing most — driving.
“Drive, really? You’re not allowed to drive?” DeGeneres asks.
“No. I mean if I want to give up secret service protection for life I could do it,” Clinton responds.
He also tells DeGeneres how he found out about Osama Bin Laden’s takedown — and it wasn’t from wife, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
“I’m pretty sure that I was notified by the White House not the State Department, which is exactly the right thing,” he says. “[Hillary] never said a word to me about this … which is exactly the right thing.”
