Get the tissues now. Seriously. Two-year-old golden retriever Tanner ended up at the Woodland West Animal Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma after two homes failed to keep him. He’s blind and suffers from terrible seizures. There were times that the doctors at the hospital thought he needed to be put down.

Tanner is lead around by Blair, who carries his leash in her mouth. It seems they’ve saved each other. Adoption requests are coming in, but Jones says, “This is a relationship that’s going to be ten plus years, hopefully. We’re looking for that needle-in-a-haystack type owner
that will be able to handle the situation.”
