bob-cook-superbowl-AP.jpgBob Cook, one of four men featured in Visa’s 2010 “Never Miss a Super Bowl” ad, has passed away at age 79.

Cook had attended 44 Super Bowl’s in a row, but sadly was too ill to attend 2011’s match-up between the Packers and Steelers. The Packer’s were Cook’s team — his wife even tells the AP that he “bled green and gold.”

Cook watched his team’s victory from a hospital bed.

He was the former owner of Bob Cook’s Vagabond Travel Service and began attending Super Bowls during his time there.

“He had so much fun with this,” Sarah Cook says of her late husband. “The last couple months of his life were truly enjoyable.”
