Looks like Bobby Brown’s mostly off the hook for his DUI arrest in March. According to TMZ, the singer and Whitney Houston ex copped a deal with prosecutors, pleading “no contest” Wednesday (April 25) to one count of driving with a blood alcohol level of .08 or higher in exchange for the DUI charge being dropped.
The 43-year-old was arrested March 26 on suspicion of driving under the influence, after initially being pulled over for talking on his cell phone. Brown blew a .12 during the field sobriety test.
For the plea, he was sentenced to 36 months of summary probation and day in jail, which he served after his arrest. He must also complete a 90-day alcohol program.
Think Brown can stay out of trouble this time?
