While we’re not especially keen on Kelsey Grammer’s show, we do kind of like his daughter Spencer’s new ABC Family series, Greek. You know, if you can overlook some of the glaring departures from reality in its portrayal of the fraternity and sorority system.

This year’s wave of recasting continues as Scott Patterson joins The CW’s Aliens in America and Stephanie Niznik discovers whether or not Life Is Wild. ABC’s Private Practice dumps Merrin Dungey in favor of Audra McDonald and Desperate Housewives hopes that Dana Delany will agree to move to Wisteria Lane.

Likes: seasons with no more than 13 episodes, anti-heroes and binge-watching. Dislikes: when cartoon characters make out, when TV shows name check their titles, drawn out premieres and finales.
