Lutfi alleges in his suit that the singer and her parents, Lynne and Jamie, defamed him by saying he drugged her. He wants Spears to testify about the incident in which he “brought drug-sniffing dogs into her home … and they found a cache of crystal methedrine, which was destroyed. … Britney should further testify that drug dogs found ‘hot spots of drug residue in the carpeting, where her young sons [ages 1 and 3] played during visits.”

However, Spears will definitely not be testifying at the trial, according to E! News, as the judge in the case has issued an order stating that her conservatorship prevents her from doing so.

Lutfi filed his lawsuit in February 2009 for libel, defamation, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and breach of contract following the publication of Lynne’s book “Through the Storm: A Real Story of Fame and Family in a Tabloid World.”
