According to People, a source close to the situation says, “Charlie intends to go to court on June 7 [to] plead to a misdemeanor
and immediately begin serving his 30 days in jail. With good behavior, he could end up doing 15 or so days.”

]]>is reporting Sheen is required to complete 36 hours of anger management before the Monday, June 7 hearing and that his sentence will likely be knocked down to 17 days due to good behavior. Whether it’s 15 or 17, Sheen is still looking at upwards of 2 weeks in the big house, though People’s source also says that he will NOT be on probation once he has served his jail time. Sheen and Mueller are currently still working on their marriage while both have had stints in rehab this spring.
