Former “Two and a Half Men” co-stars Charlie Sheen and Jon Cryer have never been exactly drinking buddies, but their once decent working relationship was destroyed last year when Sheen, in the midst of his public tiger blood meltdown, called Cryer a troll.
“Jon has not called me. He’s a turncoat, a traitor, a troll. Clearly
he’s a troll,” Sheen told E! in March of 2011. “He issued a statement. Is it gonna take me
calling him a ‘traitor, juvenile and scared’ for him to get it?”
For his part, Cryer took it well — even poking fun at the incident during an appearance on “Conan.” “To avoid ignorance and bullying, I’ve had to hide the fact I’m a troll.
You have no idea how much time and money I’ve spend on electrolysis and
hair dye and reconstructive surgery,” Cryer said.
Now, Sheen says that he regrets those statements about Cryer and hopes that one day they can be friends again. “That was wrong. I whaled on him unnecessarily,” Sheen now tells Playboy.
“He was trying to keep the s*** together, trying to cover my ass, pick
up the slack. He just got caught in the crossfire. He’s a beautiful man
and a f***ing fabulous dude and I miss him. I need to repair that
relationship, and I will. I will reach out and do whatever is
