chris brown crashes porsche Chris Brown crash was not our fault, says paparazziSinger Chris Brown had a bit of a fender bender on Saturday (Feb. 9), when his car hit a wall at the intersection of Bedford Drive and the Camden Drive alley in Los Angeles.

In a press release from the Beverly Hills Police Department, Brown stated that he was being chased by paparazzi, which is what caused him to lose control of his Porsche. Later, Brown’s rep released a statement that the accident was caused by “aggressive pursuit by the paparazzi.”

But the paparazzi are telling a different story.

Chris Doherty, owner of INF, the photography agency that employs all the photographers that were at the scene of the crash, tells TMZ that his photographers had “nothing to do with Chris Brown crashing.”

“No photographers were following him at the time he crashed,” Doherty continues. “He crashed his car and it’s convenient for him to blame us. He needs to be careful with his defamatory statements. “

Doherty adds that his employees were interviewed at the scene by police officers who “appeared to be satisfied” that the photographers were not the cause of the accident.

We don’t know the real story — the only people who know that are the ones who were there. But it would be in pretty poor taste to lie about the paparazzi chasing you just a month after one was killed in such a manner.
