While Seattle Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman addressed his angry Erin Andrews rant head-on in a blog post, Conan O’Brien dealt with the explosive incident in his own way.

In a sketch during his monologue on “Conan” Monday night (Jan. 20), O’Brien pokes fun at the interview by joking that “one enterprising retailer was quick to pick up on this opportunity”: Crabtree & Evelyn. The bit is actually pretty funny.

The “Crabtree” reference is to 49ers’ wide receiver Michael Crabtree, the subject of Sherman’s ire in the interview. Sherman later clarified his remarks on his blog, writing, “It goes back to something he said to me this offseason in Arizona, but you’d have to ask him about that. A lot of what I said to Andrews was adrenaline talking, and some of that was Crabtree. I just don’t like him.”

He probably wouldn’t like these Crabtree & Evelyn products either.
