For the “Dancing With the Stars” finale, Donald Driver and partner Peta Murgatroyd tackled the Argentine tango and a freestyle. We thought Donald nailed both of his dances, though Len Goodman was still a scrooge with the 10 score until Donald’s freestyle. Whoda thunk that Donald would go country and Len would go nuts?
For the tango, Len said, “I liked the intensity of the dance. It was a tad careful,” but Bruno said, “You went for the subtle and intimate.” However, when Donald let it all hang out on his freestyle, Len gushed, “You came out with a chance… FANTASTIC” and Carrie Ann declared it her favorite dance of the night.
What do you think, “DWTS”? We’ve really become Team Donald, so we hope he wins. He ended up tied with William Levy at 59, while Katherine got a 60.
Do you think Donald has a shot? Of course, every finalist is strong, so there’s really no wrong answer for the Mirror Ball trophy this year.
