Depeche Mode has released its first new music since 2009’s “Sounds of the Universe.” The new song, “Heaven,” is from the band’s upcoming album “Delta Machine.” According to the Huffington Post, the song was first heard Wednesday on Los Angeles radio, before the band uploaded the video.

The song is very slow, driven by piano and guitar, with Depeche Mode’s signature electronic sound laid on top of it. The video is bizarre, to say the least. That’s pretty standard for the band, though.

Simon Cowell has yet to comment on the new song, though surely he’s a fan. “Delta Machine” is set to release in the U.S. on March 26.
