Eminem has released a music video for “The Monster,” the latest single from his new album. The track and video feature Rihanna, in something of a followup to 2010’s “Love the Way You Lie.”
In the video, Rihanna plays Eminem’s therapist, shepherding him on a trip through his music video history. The rapper re-creates key scenes from clips like “My Name Is,” “Lose Yourself,” “The Way I Am” and even his live performance of “Stan” with Elton John, from the 2001 Grammy Awards.
As the video climaxes, Eminem comes face-to-face with himself, under heavy guard and locked in a cage, the monster who gives him the lyrical rage he turns into hits. It’s definitely one of Eminem’s more creative video ideas, and the best yet from the “Marshall Mathers LP 2.”

You may have seen him as a pro-shark protester in "Sharknado 3." His eventual memoir will be called "You're Wrong, Here's Why..." TV words to live by: "I'm a firm believer that sometimes it's right to do the wrong thing."
