But after three strange seasons’ worth of apples-and-oranges situations, the categories are separate once again.

The 2014 crop of nominees for Outstanding TV Movie has entries from NatGeo, HBO, PBS and Lifetime, including the historical dramas “Killing Kennedy,” “Muhammad Ali’s Greatest Fight,” “The Trip to Bountiful” and “The Normal Heart,” plus the third episode of Season 3 of the Benedict Cumberbatch-starrer “Sherlock.”

Ryan Murphy’s AIDS drama and its heavy-hitter cast might pull “The Normal Heart” out ahead, although Lifetime’s adaptation of Cicely Tyson’s Tony-winning “Trip to Bountiful” could get the win too.
