— On the heels of the “Fringe” Season 4 finale and the news that the show has been picked up for a final 13-episode Season 5, the show has been sold into syndication to the Science Channel. The station, which recently re-ran cult hit “Firefly,” will also be able to be part of a streaming service. “Fringe” marathon, anyone? [Deadline]

— The Daytime Emmy Awards will have a new broadcast home this year — and one that you probably wouldn’t think of as the home of an awards show. HLN, home of Nancy Grace and Dr. Drew, will air the Daytime Emmys at 8 p.m. ET June 23. [HLN]

— Fox News vet Sean Hannity has signed a multi-year deal to continue as host of “Hannity.” He joined the network in 1996 and will continue in his current role for at least four more years. [Fox News]

— Lifetime has pushed back the premiere date for its unscripted show “The Week the Women Went.” The show, in which all the women of a small South Carolina town leave home for a week, had been scheduled for June 6 but will now debut sometime in August. [Lifetime]

“The Exorcist” as a TV series? It could happen: “Martha Marcy May Marlene” writer-director Sean Durkin is about to shop a project that would use William Peter Blatty’s best-seller as the basis for a series that’s as much about the effects of a possession on a family than the actual exorcism.
