Richard Madden, who played the late King of the North Robb Stark on “Game of Thrones,” made an appearance at TCA 2014 winter press tour to promote his new Discovery series “Klondike.” Zap2it had the opportunity to chat with him about the new project (interview here), but brought along a little friend.

Earlier in the day, HBO gave away stuffed animal direwolfs to promote the announcement of “Game of Thrones” Season 4’s premiere date, and we just so happened to receive a mini version of Grey Wind. We brought him along to the interview, and Madden was happy to see his former onscreen partner. “Hello, old friend,” he greeted the stuffed animal.
He was gracious enough to pose with Grey Wind as a nod to all the fans out there still missing Robb Stark. Also, he’s just as excited for Season 4 to air as we are. As always, the North remembers.
“Game of Thrones” Season 4 premieres on HBO on April 9 at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
