Clooney and Roberts filed the joint lawsuit against Digital Projection Inc. of Georgia and Beyond Audio of Canada on Friday (April 27).

According to the Hollywood Reporter, the complaint states, “Defendants prominently used large photographs of Plaintiffs in Defendants’ advertising, marketing and promotions including print advertisements published in numerous magazines over the past several months … Accordingly, Defendants are liable to Plaintiffs for the infringement of their publicity rights, privacy rights, and trademark rights.”

The two actors are seeking unspecified damages, attorneys fees and an injunction preventing the companies from further use of their names and likenesses.
