maura tierney marc warren good wife 'Good Wife' adds Maura Tierney and Marc Warren to Season 4 castMaura Tierney (“ER,” “NewsRadio”) has been added to the Season 4 cast of “The Good Wife,” CBS announced Monday (June 25). She will play a “self-made millionaire who has become the doyenne of Chicago Democratic politics.” Tierney received an Emmy nomination in 2001 for her work on “ER.”

“The Good Wife” has also added Brit Marc Warren (“Hustle,” “Wanted”) to the cast as the manipulative ex-husband of Kalinda (Archie Panjabi), “to whom she has an attraction that she finds impossible to ignore.” If you’ll recall, at the end of Season 3, it appeared as though Kalinda’s ex had finally tracked her down and she sat waiting for him, gun in hand.

Both roles are recurring and both will pop up in the season premiere in September. We’re excited about Maura Tierney – always been big fans. We aren’t familiar with Warren, but the Kalinda storyline is so intriguing, we can’t wait to see how he does.

What do you think, “Good Wife” fans?
