The much-discussed Linda Lovelace biopic — which was originally set to star Lindsay Lohan, but will now be led by her “Mean Girls” co-star Amanda Seyfried — may be getting another major player.
Variety reports that James Franco is in talks to join the picture, titled “Lovelace,” as none other than Hugh Hefner. Franco would only work for one day, to film a scene in which young Hefner screens “Deep Throat” at the Playboy Mansion and has a little chat with Ms. Lovelace.
The film has no shortage of huge stars. Aside from Seyfried and Franco (whose casting is not yet finalized) the cast includes Peter Sarsgaard, Bobby Cannavale, Chris Noth, Hank Azaria, Robert Patrick, Sharon Stone, Wes Bentley, Juno Temple.
