“Teen Mom” star Jenelle Evans was arrested for heroin possession and assault on Tuesday (April 23) in North Carolina. At the time, she had 12 bindles of heroin in her possession, which means she may be charged with intent to distribute. She claimed to be sober at the time of the arrest.
Now sources are telling TMZ that Jenelle has been banned from where she was living at the time. Evans and husband Courtland Rogers (the guy who beat her prior to her miscarriage) have reportedly been living with Rogers’ mom, who packed up Jenelle’s stuff following the arrest.
Jenelle was told to come get her things, so Evans, her mom and a police officer showed up Tuesday night to get Jenelle’s boxes. A fight ensued, with Jenelle yelling profanity at Courtland’s mom and accusing the family from stealing her laptop.
Reportedly, Jenelle was also taking care of a pit bull at the home, but Courtland’s mom can’t afford to care for the dog, so she’s trying to find a family to adopt the dog.
