Jennifer Hudson‘s new “Scandal” spoof for Funny or Die has a whole lot to do with health care, and not much to do with actual scandals. But that’s part of what makes Hudson’s take on Kerry Washington so hilarious.

The ultra-dramatic video shows Hudson as an Olivia Pope-type named Lydia Cole who is a “covert scandal manager” — and don’t you dare call her a “fixer.” But every time Lydia meets one of her prospective clients, it turns out that they simply need the help of the government’s new medical coverage, the Affordable Care Act.

“She takes seemingly impossible scandals and makes them go poof,” the narrator says of her character, though not a single one of the people she meets actually has a scandal that needs fixing.

According to Reuters, this video is privately funded and wasn’t paid for by the government. Instead, it’s part of a group of Hollywood celebrities including Amy Poehler and Oprah Winfrey who are trying to find ways to educate younger Americans about the ACA.
