Jenny McCarthy just turned 40 and by looking at the set of abs she’s flaunting on the cover of Shape, she could pass for half her age. The single mom and love columnist, who took it all off for Playboy a few months back, credits a strict and varied workout routine.
“I get to work out about five days a week and I really change it because I would lose my mind if I did the same thing over and over again,” Jenny says. “If I only have two minutes, I have a go-to workout and that is lunges, sit-ups and push- ups.”
Since she still gives in to vices like deep dish pizza and chocolate milkshakes, Jenny also relies on a quick slim-down secret: soups.
Jenny tells the mag, “I make a ton of nutritious ones, like butternut squash and vegetable. When I want to drop 5 pounds quickly, I eat them for every meal for about 10 days.”
