“I really was a sitting duck for anyone that wanted to find me,” says Rowling.

Actress Sienna Miller also testifies that it is “terrifying” to be hounded by photographers. She says it left her “intensely scared” and “paranoid.”

“Every area of my life was under constant surveillance,” says Miller.

The London police are investigating both phone hacking and bribery by News of the World, the Rupert Murdoch-owned newspaper that was shut down in July over this scandal.

The inquiry will also be calling Piers Morgan, who now hosts “Piers Morgan Tonight” for CNN and was previously an “America’s Got Talent” judge, to testify.

Actor Hugh Grant also testified earlier this week, saying hebelieves he was hacked by British paper The Mail.
