Jon Favreau has no doubt that Scarlett Johansson’s next role will be her best yet — motherhood.
Favreau, Johansson’s director and co-star in the upcoming comedy, “Chef,” has complete confidence that she will be a “wonderful” mother.
“She’s one of my favorite people because she’s smart, she’s talented and she’s really down to earth and a hard worker,” Favreau tells E! News at the SXSW premiere of the movie. “I like a hard worker. She really did a lot of work to train to play Black Widow. She’s always pleasant to be around and she’s got really good instincts about scenes. She helped me on ‘Chef,’ she helped me a lot with the script and her character. She’s good people.”
It was announced earlier this week that Johansson is pregnant with fiance Romain Dauriac. The 29-year-old Oscar-nominated actress has been engaged to the French journalist for six months. This will be the first child for both Johansson and Dauriac.
