Remember the riots at the Roosevelt Field Mall back in November of last year when a Justin Bieber concert was canceled and a hoard of tween girls went nucking futs?
Bieber’s manager Scott “Scooter” Braun was asked to tweet that the concert was canceled (as if that was going to stop the wailing and gnashing of teeth over the non-Beeb). If you’d like to follow the infamous non-riot-stopping Twitter account, you can do so here. The prosecutor says it took Braun 1 1/2 hours to send two tweets, but
his lawyer says it took seven minutes
TMZ is now reporting that Scooter turned himself in on two official misdemeanor charges — reckless endangerment and criminal nuisance.
How is that not complying with what was asked of him? If it’s just a time issue, can’t they just check the time stamps on the Twitter account? Thirdly, pocket-sized pop star Justin Bieber has a manager who goes by the name of “Scooter?” Offffff course he does. Finally, if he goes to jail, will Scooter be the Tweetman of Alcatraz? Will he know why the caged tweeter sings? And will Beeb help him fly the coop? Bieber has shown his support for Scooter. He tweeted Wednesday, March 24, “You’ve got my total suppoert @scooterbraun Wish you were here in Chicago with us #FreeScooter.” Follow Zap2it on Twitter and Facebook and Zap2it Andrea on Twitter for the latest movies, TV and celebrity news.
