Kanye West dropped his new single Wednesday night (April 4), titled “Theraflu” – apparently because Kanye is so cold to his enemies that they need a big dose of the cold medicine when he’s done with them.

Um, OK.

And the company is not that amused by the use of their brand name. A spokesman tells TMZ, “We in no way endorse or approve of the references or use of the image and likeness of Theraflu in this manner.”

There is no talk of legal action, but “image and likeness” are copyright buzzwords, so keep your eye out for that.

Meanwhile, the lyrics are definitely Kanye-esque. They speak of being in love with Kim Kardashian, PETA and Kanye’s ex Amber Rose and her new fiance Wiz Khalifa. What do you think of Kanye’s new song?
