mick jagger keith richards penis apology Keith Richards had to apologize to Mick Jagger for Rolling Stones reunion to happen

Fans have been pretty excited about The Rolling Stones’ short upcoming tour to celebrate their 50th anniversary, but apparently there was some healing that had to be done behind the scenes before that venture could happen. Specifically, Keith Richards had to apologize to Mick Jagger for some statements he made in his 2011 memoir “Life,” including one where he claimed Jagger had a “tiny todger.”

“He did apologize, to my face,” Jagger tells Rolling Stone. “So you have to put all that sort of stuff away. Water under the bridge, really. Hopefully, you know, we can carry on working.”

Richards adds, “It was something to get out of the bloody way so we could get the band on the road. You know, I’ll say sorry to God if you like. I don’t give a sh*t. I said, ‘Look forward, brother, look forward.’ If you was married to somebody for 50 years, you can have your little spats here and there, and we don’t mind having them in public occasionally. We can’t get divorced — we’re doing it for the kids!”

Well, the “kids” certainly are happy. The band recently threw together a last-minute concert in Paris to serve as a “warm-up” to their upcoming reunion tour. Reports from the show have said that the Stones did their fans’ expectations justice.

Up next, The Rolling Stones are heading to London in November to play the first two concerts on their tour, and then flying to Newark, N.J. to play the last two in December. These dates tie in with the release of the Stones’ upcoming compilation album, “GRRR!,” which is out Nov. 12.
