Sure, the rest of Russell is on there as well. But let’s get real — this cover belongs, hands down, to that tight tummy. It’s no coincidence that she’s standing next to giant text that reads “Best. Abs. Ever.”

The star of the critically-acclaimed new FX series “The Americans” tells the publication just how she’s kept her physique after giving birth to two children. (Russell has one son, River, 5, and one daughter, Willa, 1, with husband Shane Deary.)

“[I have] this really nerdy workout I do in my walk-through closet in our brownstone,” she says. “I do a workout video and use my own music — whatever is inspiring to me at that time, like Alabama Shakes, the Cure, or Mumford and Sons.”

While her body is the new envy of the magazine’s entire subscription base, Russell admits that there are still things she’s not pleased with. “I’m not a complainer about age. I think my girlfriends all look so much better now than they did 15 years ago,” she explains. “But the thing I notice most is my butt. I used to have a really good, plump butt. Ugh — now my butt’s gone. I do with I had my 25-year-old butt!”

So, how can you get the former “Felicity” star’s stunning body? “My number one healthy tip? Everyone should dance more. Everyone should walk more,” Russell advises.

There it is. Just dance a little more and you too will have abs like Russell’s in no time.
