The Gossip Table reports that Kim is looking to drop 30 pounds in 30 days and to do so, she’s hired trainer Tracy Anderson.

Anderson is the former trainer of both the ripped Madonna and the slender Gwyneth Paltrow, so if anybody can whip Kim K. back into shape, it’s that lady.

A family insider tells In Touch that it’s a big concern for Kim — “Kim’s terrified she will never get her body back. Everyone has told her not to stress — that it’s about being
healthy and having a good mindset for your baby, but her family knows
that at the end of the day, Kim will do what Kim wants.”

Hopefully Anderson will help her lose the weight in a health way. She tells Hollyscoop that Kim has to take it easy for four to seven weeks.

“During that time it is really important that [Kim] don’t do anything.
Women have to let their bodies come back naturally as much as they can
come back,” says Anderson.
