kim kardashian married pregnancy Kim Kardashian 'would get married again,' talks difficult pregnancy on E! specialThe Kardashian clan sat down with Ryan Seacrest for their special interview on E! Sunday (April 21), where it seemed as though nothing was off-limits. Naturally, Kim Kardashian‘s pregnancy and recent divorce were hot topics. Kim says she’s changed a lot since her marriage to Kris Humphries.

“I changed a little bit in showing relationships. When you put it all out there for the world to see and people turn because they don’t get your decisions, you’re like, ‘Should I really put my next relationship on? Will they not get this?” says Kim. “I felt like I gave so much of myself in my marriage, publicly. When you make mistakes, it’s embarrassing.”

But that experience has not turned her off to marriage in general.

“I do think I would get married again. That’s what I’ve always
wanted — just because you think you find it and you realize that’s not
it. I was brave enough to realize that quickly and not waste time, I
found what I really wanted. I do want that,” says Kim.

Will there be a wedding in the future for Kim and baby daddy Kanye West? Time will tell. But Kim also says that right now, pregnancy is the focus — and it hasn’t been easy.

“[Kourtney] has had really easy pregnancies and so did my mom, and mine has been a little bit different. I call Khloe and I’m like, ‘Don’t do it! You’re so lucky!'” says Kim. And Khloe picks up the bit, imitating her sister, “‘Hold on to these moments, Khloe! Adopt, surrogacy, anything! I hate this!'”

“I was waiting for this amazing experience where I can just do whatever I want, eat whatever I want, feel great. And it just hasn’t been great. … I’m just in a lot of pain everywhere. It’s a really painful thing. I’m in pain, physically,” says Kim.

“I get really paranoid, I start Googling things, the things that come up are really scary. It just freaks me out all the time.”
