Kirstie Alley made her runway debut on Tuesday (Sept. 13), walking in Malaysian designer Zang Toi‘s New York fashion show. The 60-year-old actress closed the show in an elaborate floor-length bejeweled blue gown.
Yesterday, Alley told Entertainment Tonight how she being a “model” is really just another role: “Models sort of more do what the designer wants them to do and actresses are sort of divas. So I’m going to have to be a model this week.”
Easier said than done, as she warned friend (and dancer) Nicole Volynets on Twitter that she’d be, “winkin and blinking at y’all ….DONT make me laugh!!… Gotta keep ” model face”….oh, who am I kidding?? Haha.”
Our one complaint? The dress kind of hides all the weight that Kirstie lost — and kept off — courtesy of her stint on “Dancing With the Stars.”
