Don’t say we didn’t warn you: Kardashian matriarch Kris Jenner will launch a test run of a daytime talk show this summer.
The show is called “Kris,” and it will air on some FOX-owned stations (including those in New York and Los Angeles). The network’s corporate sibling Twentieth Television is producing the daytime show.
“This is something I have wanted to do all my life, so it’s definitely a dream come true!” Jenner says in the release announcing “Kris.” “I can’t wait for this new adventure to begin and look forward to working alongside Twentieth Television and the Fox Television Stations.”
FOX stations have served as test markets for talk shows from Wendy Williams and Bethenny Frankel in recent years, and both have gone on to national syndication. Williams’ show is in its fourth year, and Frankel’s is set to launch this fall. If Jenner’s test run is successful, it will likely launch nationally in 2014.
