La Toya Jackson, former “Celebrity Apprentice” contestant and star of her OWN show “Life With La Toya,” is a married woman once again, reports Radar Online.

US Weekly confirms that Jackson wed her friend and business partner Jeffre Phillips on Dec. 6 in Los Angeles — after he popped the question earlier this year on the reality show (video above).

“He’s been by her side forever and they already live in the same building in L.A. He has invested her well in real estate and other business dealings, so she is financially in great shape,” a source tell US. “And he’s always with her. They are the very best of friends and Jeffre is part of the family by now.”

Phillips is the Chairman of the Board and CEO of Ja-Tail Enterprises, which he co-founded with Jackson in 1999. Radar reports that La Toya’s mother Katherine Jackson and nephew Prince (the oldest son of the late Michael Jackson) were in attendance at the wedding.
