Lady Gaga is busy planning her re-emergence into the music scene, after being sidelined recovering from hip surgery since February. She’s performing at the MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday, Aug. 25, where she’ll first perform the lead single off of her upcoming “ARTPOP” album.
Now Gaga has released the art for the single (above), featuring her sitting nude (natch) atop a chair (throne?) made of circuit boards. She also tweets with the pic, “1ST SINGLE FROM ARTPOP COMES AUG.19 #24DAYS.”
The title of said single has yet to be revealed, but we guarantee the legions of Gaga fans are excited nonetheless. Pre-orders for her third studio album (and first in two and a half year) start Sept. 1, with the album due out Nov. 11. The single is due out Aug. 19.
