Lena Dunham came to win during her lip sync battle against Jimmy Fallon on “The Tonight Show” Friday (June 12).
The “Girls” star really brought her “A” game, even dressing in sporty attire, so she had room to flex during the nearly eight-minute battle.
While Fallon had some strong song choices with Charlene’s 1982 hit “I’ve Never Been to Me” and RUN-DMC’s “Run’s House,” it was Dunham’s bootylicious rendition of Queen’s “Fat-Bottomed Girls” that really slayed the competition.
To be fair, Dunham did have the benefits of the audience clapping along as well as some on- point choreography that helped sway things in her direction. Even the host agreed she won fair and square.
Now that Dunham has achieved her dream of competing against Fallon in the game, she already has her eyes on her next competitors.
“I think it would be Kendall and Kylie Jenner together as a team,” she tells Fallon. “They can practice as long as they want. I respect what they’re doing. I respect what they’re bringing to the game.”
“The Tonight Show” airs weekdays on NBC.
