Lindsay Lohan has been having a bit of a time recently. She and her mom Dina got into a scuffle, reportedly over a loan from Lilo to keep Dina’s house out of foreclosure, and Lilo’s father Michael is reportedly seeking a conservatorship for her.
But amidst all the drama, she did find time to endorse a presidential candidate, telling E! that because “employment is really important right now,” she’s endorsing Mitt Romney.
Except perhaps she has changed her mind?
Lilo was live-tweeting the final presidential debate and at one point retweeted the following: “RT if you’re #ProudOfObama as our commander in chief.”
Well, maybe not an out-right endorsement of the president, but the retweet did come from his re-election Twitter feed. The tweet has since been deleted.
What have not been deleted are Lilo’s other debate tweets:
- OMG it is HAPPENING!!!!!!!! The Final Debate!!!!! I’m so nervous!
- 1920s, 1950s…. ITS ALL THE SAME, History repeats itself…. Only if you let it
- Vanity Fair: Why didn’t Romney finish his story about Appleton, Wisconsin? That sounded interesting! He met a woman. Then what? Cliff-hanger?
Lilo: @VanityFair I think that we should be focusing on @BarackObama and @mittromney ‘s policies rather than their personal cliff-hangers w/women.
- Nice work to both @BarackObama and @mittromney… i’m so relieved that its over. Maybe more than both of you..severe anxiety-God Bless xo L
