No wonder Lindsay Lohan doesn’t seem to care that she’s been banned from the Chateau Marmont for allegedly stiffing the Los Angeles hotel on a $46,000 bill. The New York Daily News reports the “Liz & Dick” actress is ditching the West Coast and moving to New York City.
A source tells the paper that Lohan will live with her assistant, Gavin Doyle, who was recently questioned along with Lohan relating to a jewelry theft at a Hollywood Hills home (Lohan was officially named a suspect, but the district attorney opted not to prosecute).
The big move apparently won’t happen until after Fashion Week in September, but Lohan’s already making herself at home in the Big Apple. She was just spotted on Tuesday (Aug. 28) partying it up with former Yankees Pat Kelly and Shane Spencer at a bar on the upper East Side, reportedly drinking vodka-and-sodas and even doing a little karaoke. Her song choice? “You & I” by Lady Gaga. Incidentally, sources say Lohan, who Gaga picked to star in her new music video, heads to Paris next week for the shoot.
Think New York is a better place for Lohan?
